How to Cancel a PayPal Subscription

If you've set up a subscription, or automatic recurring payment, through PayPal, you can cancel the payment on the PayPal website. This only cancels the payment, though. You will need to contact the subscription vendor either online or by telephone to cancel the actual subscription.

 

1. Login to your PayPal account.

- If you've forgotten your username or password, click the ? in either field.

 

2. In the top right, click the Profile button. It looks like a gear.

 

3. In the Payment Settings section, click Preapproved payments.

 

4. Find the subscription payment you want to cancel, and then click Cancel.
